The CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, child CPR, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and choking relief for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.

In this class, you will learn:

Hands-Only CPR for adults, children, and infants

AED usage for adults, children, and infants

Basic First Aid

Choking relief techniques

The course is intended and designed for anyone with little or no medical training who would like to learn the life-saving skill of Hands-Only CPR and choking relief techniques.
