Golder Ranch Fire District is proud to be involved in the communities we serve. Chances are, you have seen our personnel and apparatus at a variety of events from the Catalina Heritage Days event to the Oro Valley Holiday Parade.

For events such as these, we are able to provide a variety of services from dedicated fire and medical stand-by’s to apparatus displays and demonstrations. If you or your organization is need of an emergency service stand-by, would like a crew to come by for a career day, or attend any other special event, please fill out the form below.

Community Event Scheduling Parameters
* Please note that firefighters may need to leave an event earlier or arrive later than scheduled due to emergency calls.
* Events must be requested with a minimum of two weeks’ notice.
* Crews are available between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Exceptions may be made in certain situations.
* Educational events will be limited to weekdays from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Exceptions may be made in certain situations.
* Availability for events on major holidays depends on staffing or the number of requests for that particular day.
* Fire District personnel will not participate in taste-testing or other events requiring crews to eat.
* Birthday and other drive-bys may be accommodated depending on staffing and emergency call volume.
* HOA visits and presentations must have a minimum of 30 residents and are limited to two (2) per year.
* Station tours will be limited to the time frame of 9:00 am -3:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
* We offer ride-along opportunities Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. To request a ride-along, please submit your preferred station and the dates you are available. After your request is processed, we will send you a waiver that must be completed prior to your ride-along.
