Public Event Request
Golder Ranch Fire District is proud to be an active part of the communities we serve. If you’re planning a special event, hosting a career day, or would like a fire crew to stop by for community outreach, please fill out the request form below.
Community Event Scheduling Parameters
Please note that firefighters may need to leave an event earlier or arrive later than scheduled due to emergency calls.
Events must be requested with a minimum of two weeks’ notice.
Crews are available between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Exceptions may be made in certain situations.
Educational events will be limited to weekdays from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Exceptions may be made in certain situations.
Availability for events on major holidays depends on staffing or the number of requests for that particular day.
Fire District personnel will not participate in taste-testing or other events requiring crews to eat.
Birthday and other drive-bys may be accommodated depending on staffing and emergency call volume.
HOA visits and presentations must have a minimum of 30 residents and are limited to two (2) per year.
Station tours will be limited to the time frame of 9:00 am -3:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
