Public Event Request
Golder Ranch Fire District is proud to be an active part of the communities we serve. If you’re planning a special event, hosting a career day, or would like a fire crew to stop by for community outreach, please fill out the request form below.
Community Event Scheduling Parameters
- Public event requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance and are generally limited to one hour, scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Exceptions may be considered for special circumstances.
- Crews may need to arrive late or depart early to respond to emergency calls. All appearances are subject to change or cancellation without notice in the event of an emergency.
- Educational presentations can be scheduled Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with exceptions possible. Please submit a request through our Educational Presentations page.
- Availability for events on major holidays and popular dates depend on staffing and the number of requests for that particular day.
- Firefighters do not take part in taste-testing or any activities that involve consuming food or beverages.
- Birthday or drive-by visits may be accommodated at the District’s discretion, based on staffing and emergency call volume.
- HOA visits and presentations require at least 30 residents and are limited to two per year.
- Fire station tours can be scheduled Monday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Please submit a request through our Fire Station Tours page.
