Classroom & Meeting Room Requests

In light of present conditions with COVID-19, we are implementing some changes. The health and safety of our community and our personnel are a top priority. As such, we are asking you to have patience with us as we temporarily suspend the use of our community rooms.

Please complete the classroom and meeting room request form to reserve a room at a later date.

Room must be left clean and orderly

Fees to use a room will be determined based on the published Golder Ranch Fire District fee schedule.

Fees vary from no charge to $25/hr based on the type of use. You will be contacted if fees are necessary.

By submitting this form I agree to the following: I, being the responsible person of this group/organization, have read, understand, and agree with the above listed conditions.

I accept responsibility for the safe use and proper maintenance of the classroom facility while occupying or using it for the above mentioned assembly for my group or organization.

If any Golder Ranch Fire District items are lost, stolen or damaged while in my supervision, I understand that I am responsible for their repair and/or replacement at my expense.

I accept that the Golder Ranch Fire District is not responsible for the security or loss of any items or property that belong to me or my organization while using such items on this property.

I accept that the Golder Ranch Fire District is not responsible for any injuries that may occur to me or others of my group while on the property of the District.

I hereby relieve Golder Ranch Fire District from any liability and/or damages from misuse or abuse of the classroom facility while in my custody and use.

I accept that the District has priority use of the buildings and that my usage of the classroom may be cancelled at any time based on the needs of the Fire District.
No food or beverages are permitted.

You must pick up a key from the office prior to your event (offices open M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM), failure to pick up a key will result in inability to use room for event

Golder Ranch District’s Audio Visual Equipment and WiFi are not available for use to the public

This is a tobacco free campus. Any use of tobacco products is prohibited.

Pick up all trash and other items prior to leaving.

Room must be left clean and orderly otherwise a janitorial fee of $100.00 will be assessed

This includes the entry facility and parking lots.

Make sure all doors are closed and locked.

Return the key to the mailbox located outside the classroom.

If you have used the restrooms, make sure it is clean and locked.

Make sure all lights and fans are turned off prior to exiting.

Golder Ranch Fire District reserves the right to deny access or change the schedule.

Electronic form must be submitted and approved prior to use.

Electronic form must be filled out and submitted every 6 months
