Public Event Request

Golder Ranch Fire District is proud to be an active part of the communities we serve.  If you’re planning a special event, hosting a career day, or would like a fire crew to stop by for community outreach, please fill out the request form below.

Community Event Scheduling Parameters

  • Please note that firefighters may need to leave an event earlier or arrive later than scheduled due to emergency calls.

  • Events must be requested with a minimum of two weeks’ notice.

  • Crews are available between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Exceptions may be made in certain situations.

  • Educational events will be limited to weekdays from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Exceptions may be made in certain situations.

  • Availability for events on major holidays depends on staffing or the number of requests for that particular day.

  • Fire District personnel will not participate in taste-testing or other events requiring crews to eat.

  • Birthday and other drive-bys may be accommodated depending on staffing and emergency call volume.

  • HOA visits and presentations must have a minimum of 30 residents and are limited to two (2) per year.

  • Station tours will be limited to the time frame of 9:00 am -3:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
